Order processing times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification that includes tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada using trusted Canadian carriers. Depending on the destination and service level, your package may ship through:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- Purolator
- Canpar
- Third-party shipping partners such as Chit Chats or FlagShip
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates may vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout:
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
Delivery times may be longer for distant or remote locations and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or regional service interruptions.

We currently ship to the following provinces in Canada:

- Nova Scotia
- Prince Edward Island
- Newfoundland & Labrador
We do not currently ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are based on destination and order weight. The following flat-rate options are available:
Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI, NL)
- 0–1.99 kg Standard: $16.90
- 0–1.99 kg Express: $24.90
- 2–30 kg Standard: $24.90
Central Canada (ON, QC)
- 0–1.99 kg Standard: $14.90
- 0–1.99 kg Express: $21.90
- 2–30 kg Standard: $21.90
Prairies (MB, SK, AB)
- 0–1.99 kg Standard: $17.90
- 0–1.99 kg Express: $25.90
- 2–30 kg Standard: $25.90
West Coast (BC)
- 0–1.99 kg Standard: $19.90
- 0–1.99 kg Express: $28.90
- 2–30 kg Standard: $28.90
Free shipping
Orders over $75 before tax ship free anywhere in Canada, except in regions where we do not currently deliver (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut).
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Shipping issues
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to begin a claim.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can resend it once the additional shipping fee has been paid by the customer.
International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping may be added in the future.
